OTA PLATFORM FEES
15–18%, deducted automatically by the booking platform and entirely separate from our management fee.
OWNER'S PROPERTY COSTS
Utilities, pool servicing, building and communal fees, insurance and taxes remain with the owner.
FURNISHING & STYLING
Initial furnishing, styling and replacements are owner-funded. We advise and coordinate at no extra fee.
